Kevin Quinlan "Q"(Dive Instructor & Owner)
​Kevin is the new owner of East Bay Dive Center, he was previously the Director of IT for Bertucci's and Retail POS Manager for JJILL. After almost 30 years in the IT world, he has made the leap to owning his own business in 2021.  He was certified by Joe 8 years ago and continues his learning and passion for diving. He is a certified PCI-PSI tank inspector.

DAVID LABRECQUE (Dive Instructor)
Dave was the owner of East Bay Dive Center for 36 years. He has been a PADI instructor since 1983. He has thousands of dives and certifications under his belt. If he's not in the shop, he's most likely fishing!

Mark Bessette (Dive Instructor)

Mark is a certified PADI diving instructor. He has an easy going attitude yet he strives to make sure each diver improves their skills at all times. If you want to get certified, better your skills or you just can't find a dive buddy, Mark can help. He has helped in the certification of hundreds of divers through East Bay Dive Center. 

Joe Winston ( Dive Instructor)
Joe is a PADI instructor. He is a very experienced diver and methodical in his instruction. He has a laid back approach and instructs one on one to ensure everyone's skills are beyond the standards.

Terry Diniz ( Dive Master)

Being a Dive Master, you assess the hazards of a dive site and inform the divers, brief divers on the layout and the points of interest of the site, check divers into and out of the water from a boat or a shore entry, help instruct and act as instructional assistant to instructors.

Terry has been diving for over 40 years and is part of the East Bay Dive Center Team. He listens and helps you to understand and enjoy your diving experience. Students cling to him for his support and knowledge of the waters. Diving is a second skin to him. He believes that we don’t own the Ocean but we can Explore it. He will always take time if you need a dive buddy or a guided tour dive. Come experience the Wonders of the Ocean… You won’t regret it

Nicholas Caron (Technician & Dive Master)
​Nick has been with East Bay Dive Center since 2014.  He was certified by Dave in May of 2008.  Nick is an avid spearfisherman and has dove locations all over the world. Look in the back of the shop if he's not out front because he's probably filling tanks or servicing your equipment !

Matthew Robinson (Dive Instructor)
​Matt was Open  Water certified by East Bay Dive Center in 2001, Dive Master in 2003 and is now an instructor.  Matt is also is certified in STI and TDI.  He has written and published, "The Encyclopedia and Guide to Diving with a Full Face Mask." He has also ​taught surface supplied diving to NYFD, Delaware State Police, Maryland State Police and several other police agencies.

Kenzie

Kenzie is an English Bulldog.  Dave brought her home January 28, 2018. She is a little meatball. She loves affection and cookies!

RICO

If you haven't met Rico, you need to. He is a little intimidating, but super friendly and he loves to show off tricks like "the backpack." He's a "ladies man" and is the security guard at the shop.
